    What are your licensed Video cancellation and refund policies?
    Initial setup and video customization fees are non-refundable. Monthly hosting and licensing can be cancelled before the end of the monthly billing cycle, for any reason. Just contact us!
  • Custom Video FAQ
    What's the process for a custom video?
    We interview you, research, define objectives, create scripts, design storyboards, manage voiceover recording, animate, and encode the final piece in the format you need. You participate in conference calls to explain your topic from many different angles.  You provide us tons of homework to read. Then you provide feedback and (when it's right at each stage) signoff on scripts, storyboards, voiceover artists, voiceover takes, animation 'rough cuts' and the final piece. Travel not required by anybody. See our process.
    How much does it cost?
    Hmmm. How complicated is your subject? What's the right style to convey your message? And how much is it worth to be understood? We provide specific quotes for each project - topic, timeline and style affect the project. They take 150-200 hours on average. We take the challenge of explaining tough topics very seriously - we're not in the cute-web-commercial business. (We can suggest some firms that do that if you need help - seriously - just give us a call.)
    How long does this take?
    3-6 weeks if you're decisive.
    Who owns the finished piece?
    You own the video. We reserve ownership of certain characters and artwork
